Your job will be to champion the user within a user centred design process. The goal is to help specify user interfaces which support underlying user needs so as to optimise the usability of the mass market mobile phone and web applications and services of the future.

Applicants should be experienced in designing, conducting and reporting usability studies have worked closely with designers as part of a iterative prototyping User Centred Design Process. Ideally a post graduate degree in HCI or equivalent experience.
