Globally recognised consumer devices trend-setter is looking to hire an intermediate user interface designer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

* Create UI design proposals with the help of usage narratives, UI diagrams and display examples and/or simulations through the application of User Centred Design principles and UI style guidelines
* Is responsible for initiating required usability evaluation, and conducting smaller-scale usability analysis to evaluate proposed solutions.
* Creates UI feature specification according to specification requirements.

ESSENTIAL:

* Minimum proven commercial experience as a User Interface Designer
* Technical authoring experience
* Degree closely related to UI Design (e.g. Human Computer Interaction).
* Understanding of User Centred design principles and UI development cycles including:
- user research
- concept creation
- concept evaluation
- iterative design
- usability testing
* Willingness to travel as required
