This is a superb opportunity for a FPGA Design Engineer to join a world leader in processor development based in Bristol.

Here you will lead the development and evolution of FPGAs for our client's board products. In addition, you will also be required to adopt and support current production FPGA designs.

The successful candidate will have:
- Broad and in-depth experience of designing, verifying and implementing complex FPGAs using leading edge FPGA families from Xilinx and other vendors
· Recent and substantial experience of Xilinx devices preferably Virtex-II Pro and Virtex 4
· RTL coding and verification experience, preferably using Verilog and Cadence ncsim

Experience in some of the following areas would be an advantage:

· PCI-X and PCI Express bus technologies.
· Cadence Specman 'e'.
