Manufacturer of high power electronic components is looking for Marketing Engineer with a design or applications background in high power electronic equipment in the utilities, drives or similar marketplaces.

This role will suit a candidate with a degree in electronics engineering or similar and a strong technical understanding in high power electronics. You should though be wanting to take your career in a more customer facing direction but still retaining a high degree of technical content.

This role will also require some travel to customers.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Support the sales organisation with answers to technical enquiries
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and offering product design support
- Get involved in pricing support and generation of pricing lists
- Take ownership of producing marketing collateral to support product launches

It is expected you will have a degree/ HND/C in electrical/electronic engineering or similar. You should have
experience in design and or applications of high power electronic equipment in the utilities, drives, utilities or similar. In addition good communications skills, written and verbal are required.
