Our client is currently searching for a Senior PVD Process Engineer to be responsible for PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) development and project development.

The role will require high volume wafer fab experience and hands on PVD process skills including familiarity with Varian/Aviza equipment. SPC and yield management experience.

Required skills are;
- Excellent PVD semiconductor process experience
- High volume semiconductor fab environment experience
- Excellent communication skills
- BSc Physics degree or equivalent
