Our renowned global client is searching for a Digital ASIC Design Engineer to work in their ADC (Analog to Digital Converter) product group based in Newbury, Berkshire.

The position entails working with senior analog and digital designers to specify, design, implement, simulate, and verify logic functions such as digital filters, interfaces, control logic and application specific algorithms.

As well as being a highly motivated individual the successful candidate should have relevant experience in the following areas:

· An Electronics Engineering degree (equivalent qualification) with previous industrial experience in a design environment
· Digital ASIC design and verification
· VHDL or Verilog
· Cadence NC-Verilog or Synopsys VCS simulators
· Static timing analysis tools and ATPG generation.
· Some mixed-signal / analog IC design experience would be a plus.
