This is a new opportunity within a start-up company developing low power RF and mixed-signal CMOS ICs for digital radio applications.

Working as part of the IC Design team, your responsibilities will include designing RF circuit blocks in RF CMOS for digital tuner applications as well as developing measurement and verification processes. Working at the design concept level, you will be tasked with the following; design, simulation, layout and testing of RF, Analog/Mixed Signal ICs, such as LNA, mixers, VCO, PLL, op amps, comparators, bandgap bias cells in CMOS technology.

Industry degree qualified (or equivalent), you will have established experience in Analog/RF IC Design and knowledge of RF blocks. Understanding of RF CMOS technologies and Cadence is ideal and experience in Low IF or Zero IF OFDM receiver system architectures would be a definite advantage.
