Our successfully growing client now requires a Test and Assembly Technician to get involved in device production, packaging, assembly and test. The role will involve hands-on responsibility within the R&D and manufacturing areas.

Required skills include;
- Strong semiconductor or optoelectronic device production experience
- Packaging, assembly and test knowledge (die attach, wirebonding etc)
- Electrical characterisation of device experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical HNC / HND or equivalent qualifications
