Our client is now searching for a Process Integration Engineer to be responsible for developing the process sequences and steps to enhance process performances and robustness. The role will involve running and evaluating DOE projects as well as integrating new processes and parametric targets.

Required skills include,

- Semiconductor process integration experience within a manufacturing environment
- Device physics knowledge beneficial
- Experience with DOE, FMEA and SPC projects and tools
- Excellent communication skills
- BSc in Physics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
