They now seek a Director of Corporate Engineer to oversee their IC engineering activities and maximise the efficiency of an experienced and talented semiconductor design team.

Primary "deliverables" or responsibilities will be:

- Implementing efficient design methodologies / flows across the organisation
- Project leading architectural definition activities and ensuring DFM / DFT issues are considered in the design process
-Spearheading IP / functional block re-use initiatives
- Managing CAD procurement and implementation activities

This is a high visibility, senior position within a technology led organisation. In addition to a previous track record in design engineering and management, the successful candidate must have strong communication / influencing skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects or tasks simultaneously. In summary, strong technical and management profile is essential.
