Our client is a fabless semiconductor company focused on innovative, next-generation RF solutions for the wireless connectivity and cellular mobility markets. Their leading edge RFICs are designed in pure CMOS and engineers experience the full development life cycle from concept right through to silicon chip tape-out.

An excellent opportunity has arisen in this growing start up for an experienced RFIC Design Engineer. Tasks will include the development of deep submicron CMOS RF transceivers, and you will be working with circuit blocks such as mixers, LNAs, amplifiers, PLLs, ADC/DACs and filters.

We are looking for an expert in RF circuit design, with system knowledge of WLAN, Bluetooth and ZigBee, along with experience of standard IC layout tools such as Cadence Virtuoso.
